The Best Pork in Vancouver – Hog Shack Cookhouse Ribs

Vancouver is one of the best culinary cities in the world and while we are best known for our fresh seafood and West Coast flavours, we’re just as pork crazy as anywhere else.  We’ve got bacon on bacon on bacon here so every so often, I’ll be showing you one of the best pork dishes from around the city.

First up is the Hog Shack Cookhouse, known for having some of the best barbecue in Vancouver and a nicely curated list of delicious microbrews.  Owners Allan Yeo and John Lim Hing show us around and serve up some low and slow smoked ribs!
