1 pork tenderloin, cut lengthwise into six long strips, about ¼" (½ cm) thick
6 slices back bacon
1 cup (250 mL) honey mustard (or alternative BBQ sauce), divided
Lay strips of tenderloin on a flat surface and place one slice of back bacon on top of each tenderloin. Roll tenderloin with bacon inside into a pinwheel. Halve each pinwheel and secure with toothpicks.
Place pinwheels in a single layer in a bacon dish, pour ¾ cup honey mustard on top and marinate for at least 20 minutes.
Grill on medium heat for 5-7 minutes each side, or until the edges of the bacon start to crisp. Drizzle with remaining sauce and serve.
