1/2 lb boneless pork loin - 1/4" strips
Marinade
Whisk marinade ingredients in a non-metal bowl and combine with pork - mix to ensure marinade covers all pieces. Cover and marinate for 6 hours in refrigerator. Weave 2 pork pieces onto a metal skewer, add olive and repeat until pork is used up. Spoon marinade over kebabs. Grill each side on med-high heat about 3 min. until internal temp. is 160F (71C).
