Chef Andrew Cowan was there for the first ever Swine and Dine over three years ago, so it is only fitting that we visit him as the new executive chef at Packrat Louie on Sunday September 20th for brunch.

Join Edmonton blogger Sharman Hnatiuk (a.k.a. @theporkgirl) for a three brunch for $30. If you are new to Swine and Dine, the concept is simple – Chef Cowan has to create a menu featuring Alberta Pork from appetizer to dessert.

Warm Bacon Banana Bread, Smoked Pork Butter

Maple Glazed Bacon Beignets

On September 20th, the Swine and Dine $30 menu will be available from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. (regular brunch hours), and the regular brunch menu will also be available. Book directly with Packrat Louie by calling the restaurant at (780) 433-0123.
