Chef Andrew Cowan was there for the first ever Swine and Dine over three years ago, so it is only fitting that we visit him as the new executive chef at Packrat Louie on Sunday September 20th for brunch.

Join Edmonton blogger Sharman Hnatiuk (a.k.a. @theporkgirl) for a three brunch for $30. If you are new to Swine and Dine, the concept is simple – Chef Cowan has to create a menu featuring Alberta Pork from appetizer to dessert.
