Swine & Dine at The Common – January 17, 2017
Alberta Pork‘s Swine & Dine Edmonton is back for another flavour packed year. To kick off 2017, we’re heading back to The Common where Chef Jesse Morrison-Gauthier will be featuring a four-course menu of Alberta pork from appetizer to dessert.
Diners will be treated to the following Swine & Dine menu:
Pork Tongue & Cheek Tacos
bacon fat tortillas with lime, cilantro and pickled onions
Smoked Pear & Pork Sausage Salad
creamy braised cabbage, pickled turnip, and date paste
Crispy Pork Shoulder on Sticky Rice
black garlic caramel, congee, crispy shallots and black vinegar
Crackling Pavlova
meringue, lemon gel, berry compote and bacon fat anise syrup
