Swine and Dine eventS & D is going brunch!  Take a lazy Sunday off and enjoy a long and delicious pork-infused meal. Chef David Omar will be putting on a great spread at Zinc in the Art Gallery of Alberta. Enjoy the following mouth-watering menu for only $28.

1st course: Bacon pastries

2nd course: Smoked pork belly, gala apple and white kidney bean ragout, fried egg, Saskatoon berry syrup

3rd course: Maple bacon crème brulee

The regular menu is still available in case non-pork eaters want to join. People can book any time between 11 a.m. – 2 pm on open table or  bigger groups can call the restaurant at 780-392-2501.
