Swine & Dine started as an idea of mine that would bring pork-loving diners together for an evening of culinary adventure in the Edmonton area. Well…. Swine & Dine is packing it’s bags and kicking it to the Rocky Mountains for a weekend of indulgence April 4 -6th at the Fairmont Jasper Park (PORK) Lodge.

Executive Chef Chef Christopher Chafe will be presenting a multi-course meal featuring Alberta Pork from appetizer to dessert. Interested in learning how to serve a more succulant serving of pork? The

Fairmont Culinary Team will present cooking demonstrations during the day followed by an evening of Alberta Pork and wine pairing.

Tickets for Swine & Dine (and wine) on Saturday, April 5th are $99.00 which include: gratuities, cooking demos, a reception and fine wine pairings from the vineyards of Oyster Bay.
