Swine & Dine at the Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge

Head to the mountains for a weekend of indulgence on April 5th as the Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge transforms itself to Jasper Pork Lodge for our second Swine & Dine of 2014. Executive Chef Christopher Chafe and his team will be preparing a multi-course meal featuring Alberta Pork from appetizer to dessert. There will also be cooking demos during the day, followed by an evening of Alberta Pork and wine pairing.
