Sunterra – June is Pork Month

Sunterra Market, an upscale Alberta retailer known for fresh and high quality food, has declared June ‘Pork Month’ in all nine of its locations in Calgary and Edmonton. Sunterra is a farm-to-fork retailer whose pork comes from their own Sunterra farms.

Sunterra will feature various weekend pork dishes like Porchetta, Tacos al Pastor, Southwestern Capicola Steak, and Bacon Wrapped Tenderloin throughout the month of June.

Sunterra will also promote pork in soups, big pans, rice bowls, hot carves, pizzas and grab-and-go meals in all nine of its locations that offer foodservice and freshly prepared foods.

Passion for Pork will be at Sunterra Market West Market Square, 1851 Sirocco Drive SW, Calgary, on Saturday, June 15, between 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. as part of a live radio promotion with XL 103 FM.

Top Chef Canada contestant Nicole Gomes will be there sampling her very own BBQ Peach Pork recipe. Join us if you can!
