A delicious marinated pork tenderloin inspired by traditional South Asian flavours.
1 cup (250 mL) ketjap manis (Indonesian sweet soy sauce)
½ cup (125 mL) water
1 tsp (5 mL) sesame oil
1 tsp (5 mL) lemon juice
1 cup (250 mL) fresh pineapple, cut into ¼-inch cubes
2 lb (1 kg) Sunterra Farm pork tenderloin, trimmed
2 Tbsp (30 mL) grated fresh ginger
1 tsp (5 mL) pureed garlic
3 Tbsp (45 mL) green onion, chopped
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Heat a frying pan on medium-high until hot and place the pork tenderloin in the pan. Sear the meat on both sides and then place in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Cook until pork tenderloin has reached an internal temperature of 140°F (60°C) it is done. Remove from the oven, plate and serve.Watch Video
