Ring of Fire Tenderloin

We teamed up with Hansen Distillery to bring you this unique dish for the holidays.

This Ring of Fire Tenderloin is marinated with a kick of Hansen's Ring of Fire Cinnamon Rye. Alberta Pork's Executive Director Darcy Fitzgerald cooked it up for our staff potluck and it was too tastey not to include!

3 Tbs Brown Sugar

3 Tbs Butter

3 Tbs Hansen Ring of Fire Cinnamon Rye

2 Tbs Dijon Mustard

A touch of soya sauce


Blend ingredients and pour over pork. Seal or cover and marinate in the refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours or up to 24 hours.

Preheat BBQ to high, reduce temperature to medium. Remover tenderloins from marinade and discard marinade. Place pork on grill, close BBQ cover and grill 12-14 min. turning several times. Remove from grill (155F internal temp), tent with foil and let stand 5 minutes before slicing.


We suggest serving this with a delicious Pig flew over the Moonshine cranberry sauce.
