Honey Mustard Sauce

Ingredients

1 cup (250 mL) mayonnaise
½ cup (125 mL) mustard
½ cup (125 mL) honey
½ tsp (2 mL) smoked paprika
½ tsp (2 mL) salt
½ tsp (2 mL) pepper

Preparation

Mix together all ingredients in a medium bowl. Add additional smoked paprika, salt and pepper to taste, if desired. Serve with roast ham.

Yield: 2 cups
