1 rack of pork side ribs (spareribs)
Your favourite dry rub
Salt and pepper, to taste
Your favourite BBQ sauce

Preheat oven to 325°F. Rub pork ribs with dry rub and/or salt and pepper, ensuring both sides are covered. Place on rimmed baking sheet and cover with foil. Roast for 2 hours.
When ready to eat, brush with sauce and finish off on the grill or in the oven, about 10 minutes, or until sauce has caramelized and ribs are heated through.
