Preheat oven to 400°F. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground pork, vegetables, bread crumbs, eggs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, smoked paprika and black pepper with a wooden spoon or by hand, until everything is well incorporated. Spread ingredients into a loaf pan. Brush liberally with bacon jam and let roast in the oven until jam has begun to caramelize, and a meat thermometer inserted into the meatloaf reads 160°F (71°C), about 30 minutes. For a deeper caramelization, crank up to high broil for the final 5 minutes of cooking.
