Trim any fat from tenderloins. In a non-metallic bowl or container, combine hoisin, lime juice, vegetable and sesame oil, and ginger. Marinate pork in this mixture, refrigerated, for about 2 hours. Pre-heat oven to 425°F (230°C). Roast tenderloins, uncovered, for about 20 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 158°F (68°C). Baste frequently with cooking juices. Allow to rest for about 10 minutes. Cut on the bias and serve.
