Pork options abundant on Edmonton’s Downtown Dining Week Menus

I love Downtown Dining Week. For 10 days, you can enjoy two-course lunches for $15, three-course dinners for $28 or an executive dinner for $48 at a number of Edmonton’s downtown restaurants.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of attending the Downtown Business Association’s preview of the 13th Annual Downtown Dining Week, March 11-20, 2016; I am happy to announce, that pork will be proudly represented. Last night, Select Restaurant featured Mac ‘n’ Cheese Macaroni, garlic shrimp, bacon and bechamel, Pampa Brazilian Steakhouse sampled their chicken wrapped in natural smoked bacon, which is available on their dinner menu. (Don’t miss the Parmesan-crusted pork loin on their lunch menu). Sabor will be serving pork tenderloin & clams Portuguese on their dinner menu, and Madison’s Grill & Vintage Room was featuring Pork Cheek Perogies with Saskatoon crème fraîche & onion bacon jam, which is available on their dinner menu.
