Offal /ˈɒfəl/, also called variety meats or organ meats, refers to the internal organs and entrails of a butchered animal.
Most often overlooked, we’re taking nose-to-tail literally this month to bring you a Supper Series that leaves no part un-touched.
Join us October Sunday October 25th at 6:00pm., for a one-of-a-kind Supper Series hosted by Chef Travis McCord. A few unique menu items include veal heart tartare with crispy pig’s ear, chestnut and bone marrow ravioli, in a bone marrow sage sauce, and Bludnudlen, (pig’s blood tagliatelle) in a braised boar shoulder ragu.

Join us at The Belmont on Thursday, October 29th for the 2nd installment of the Drink. Dine. Dance. Series to celebrate our one year anniversary!
The Belmont team invites you to indulge in a savory 4-course dinner featuring fabulous menu items as well as some unique dishes only available that night!
Menu:
Appetizer: The Belmont Sausage Party – Local, artisanal sausages; pork and ale, lamb merguez, pork chorizo, served with a variety of house made condiments and warm baguette.
Soup: Roasted butternut squash puree topped with a light cinnamon Chantilly.
Entree: Prawns Provencal and Gnocchi – Buttery prawns, fall corn and peas, roasted tomatoes and preserved lemon.
Dessert: Spiced Pumpkin Crème Brulee and candied apples.
