PASSION FOR PORK LAUNCHES WITH STYLE IN EDMONTON
tMore than 40 people came out to help celebrate the launch of Passion for Pork at The Marc Restaurant In Edmonton on May 22. Food writers, chefs, pork industry representatives as well as general pork aficionados feasted on a selection of delicious pork hors d’oeuvres as well as a magnificent lunch, including pork shoulder.
