Passion for Pork at the Calgary Home & Design Show

Last weekend, Passion for Pork was proud to present two of our social media team at the Calgary Home & Design Show. Our Calgary blogger, Dan Clapson, demonstrated how to make pulled pork and several barbecue sauces in his segment, “Bring the BBQ Indoors”, while Calgary-based dietitian Vincci Tsui, who helps maintain our website and Facebook page, shared cookbook author/food writer/blogger Julie van Rosendaal‘s Maple Roast Pork Tenderloin with Apples and Top Chef Canada season 3 competitor Chef Nicole Gomes‘s Thai Penang Pork Curry in her “Passion for Pork: As Seen on TV!” segment. Both recipes were featured during our recent TV ad campaign and can be found in our recipe archives.

We were very happy to have had the chance to share our passion for what we believe is some of the best pork in the world with the attendees at the Calgary Home & Design Show.
