Molly’s Eats: All Pork Menu at YEG’s What The Truck on Friday June 13

Susan Chin of Molly’s Eats has a serious Passion for Pork. Her pulled pork mac & cheese is a hit with food-truck fanatics, and she often has at least one dish incorporating swine on her daily menu. However, at Friday’s What The Truck – Edmonton’s food truck extravaganza – her food truck will be dishing out an all-pork line up of dishes in Old Strathcona.

This gluten-free girl will be braving the line up to try her carnitas pupusa – a Latin American cornmeal tortilla stuffed with slow-roasted pork shoulder and cheese and served with pickled cabbage. You may also catch me drooling over the salchipapas – fries topped with Irving Farms sausage.
