June is Pork Month Restaurant Promotion

Get ready to enjoy new and wonderful Alberta pork recipes at your favorite Calgary and Edmonton restaurants! Throughout the month of June, 28 restaurants will be taking part in our June is Pork Month campaign highlighting a special pork dish. When you order that dish, you will also take home the recipe of that dish to hopefully replicate at home (25 of the 28 restaurants are participating in the recipe portion). Participating restaurants are as follows: In Calgary – Anju, Avec, Black Pig Bistro, CHARCUT, FARM, Hardware Grill, Oak Tree Tavern, Pig and Duke, Raw Bar, Rouge, Shokunin Izakaya, The Block, The Libertine Public House. In Edmonton we have Ampersand 27, Canteen, Harts Table, Hotel Mac, LUX Steakhouse & Bar, North 53, Packrat Louie, Red Ox Inn, RGE RD, Rostizado, Share (Westin), The Marc, TZiN, and Zinc.
