Sometimes with our busy schedules and frantic lifestyles, it’s hard to find time to enjoy a night out. Well, Chef David Omar at Zinc restaurant has heard the call and decided that a lazy Sunday afternoon will be the setting for the next Swine and Dine Brunch, yes, a brunch (!) in the Art Gallery of Alberta.

2nd course: Smoked pork belly, gala apple and white kidney bean ragout, fried egg, Saskatoon berry syrup
3rd course: Maple bacon crème brulee
