Andree Lau is a longtime food blogger, journalist and bacon enthusiast. A former restaurant columnist and TV reporter, she’s been chronicling her food discoveries at are you gonna eat that? since 2005.

“I write about a lot of things, but it’s a pleasure to be able to cover subjects I truly enjoy. Like food. And pork. Oh glorious, delicious pork. I love bacon, ribs, pork cheek, and pork belly. (Sometimes I eat vegetables but not as often as I’m supposed to.)”

After living across Canada, Andree recently moved back to her native B.C. She is proud to report one of her toddler’s first words was “sausage.”

“While I love to dine out, I’m also a mom to a two-year-old, so I’m always looking for quick and delicious recipes to make at home for the whole family.”
