For the 8th day of Christmas go British with 8 sausage rolls from Irving Farms.

I adore Nicola and Alan Irving of Irving Farms Fresh, especially since their sausages are gluten free. But, I understand that they want to bring some treats from the motherland to their loyal customers, and so I want to thank them for teaming up with Cooks Corner in Edmonton to make sure these gluten-filled treats off site so my sausages are safe.

So, head to the Strathcona Farmers Market on Saturday or Salisbury Farmers market on Thursday night to pick up a plain sausage rolls or cranberry safe sausage rolls for a generous helping of lean sausage meat wrapped in buttery puff pastry.
